a. In the App, you can press a button every 5 minutes to select a random number. The higher the score, the more points you receive.

b. After pressing the button, advertisements will be displayed. You must watch the advertisements in full to receive your points reward.

c. Your points will be transferred to the Gametrophy.de website and added to your user account there.

3.1 App Payout is possibly only if you accuired 2500 Points first on Gametrophy.de

4. Use of the Same Email Address

To receive your points, you must use the same email address in the App as on the Gametrophy.de website.

5. Disclaimer

The App and the Website are provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services.

b. We reserve the right to block or restrict IP addresses that are identified as suspicious or on our blacklist.

c. Violations of this prohibition may result in immediate suspension or deactivation of your user account on the Website without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer for Prohibited Activities

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of VPNs, proxies, Tor connections, or blacklisted IP addresses. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, demands, or damages arising from a violation of this prohibition.

12. Scoring System for IP Activities and KYC Verification

a. We use a scoring system to assess the activities of IP addresses on our platform and assign a Trust Score. This score is based on various factors, including usage regularity, behavior, and IP integrity.

b. If the Trust Score for an IP address exceeds 70, we reserve the right to perform additional steps to verify your identity.

c. Identity verification will be conducted in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. You will be required to provide specific identification documents or information to confirm your identity.

d. Providing false or misleading information during the KYC verification may result in the suspension of your account.

13. Privacy and Confidentiality
