1. Terms of Use for "Trophy Step" App

By using the Trophy Step (hereinafter referred to as "Trophy Step App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Registration and User Account

a. To use the App, you must register and create a user account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

b. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. You may not share your account with others or disclose your login information.

3. Use of the App

a. In the app, steps are collected up to a value of 100%. Once you reach 100%, you can redeem your points.

b. After pressing the button, advertisements will be displayed. You must watch the advertisements in full to receive your points reward.

c. Your points will be transferred to the Gametrophy.de website and added to your user account there. You have to earn 2500 Points on Gametrophy.de Website to redeem your Points from THROPHY STEP!

4. Use of the Same Email Address

To receive your points, you must use the same email address in the App as on the Gametrophy.de website.

5. Disclaimer

The App and the Website are provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services.

6. Changes to Terms

b. We reserve the right to block or restrict IP addresses that are identified as suspicious or on our blacklist.

c. Violations of this prohibition may result in immediate suspension or deactivation of your user account on the Website without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer for Prohibited Activities

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of VPNs, proxies, Tor connections, or blacklisted IP addresses. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, demands, or damages arising from a violation of this prohibition.

12. Prohibition of Tools or Hacks for Data Manipulation

a. The use of tools, hacks, or any other means to manipulate the timer, points, or other data in the App is strictly prohibited.

b. We reserve the right to take all necessary measures to detect and prevent such activities.

c. In the event of a confirmed violation of this prohibition or in cases where there is suspicion of such activity, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your

user account without prior notice.

d. Any violations may result in a permanent ban from accessing the App and the Website.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from illegal activities, including the use of tools or hacks to manipulate data. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, demands, or damages arising from such activities.
